In addition, for Public Education Health Trust members, the SupportLinc MAP website also offers a confidential and secure web-based counseling platform, eConnect®. eConnect® provides members with video, phone and web chat access to SupportLinc's licensed masters- and doctorate-level behavioral health professionals. Counseling through eConnect® is an easy-to-use alternative to face-to-face services. This service can be found by clicking the 'eConnect®' tab on the MAP website.
The SupportLinc MAP provides guidance and support for supervisors who are managing difficult workplace situations. These confidential one-on-one discussions with client supervisors are intended to address their subordinate's work performance, attendance issues, workplace violence, substance abuse, mental illness and many other employee-related topics.
The SupportLinc MAP is accessible to Public Education Health Trust members twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year, via a dedicated toll-free telephone number (1-888-881-LINC) that is answered directly by licensed and experienced behavioral health clinicians. The clinician will conduct a brief assessment, then refer you to the resource that is most appropriate for your concern.
